While visiting a D3 race today at BP and talking to John Cukras, Pete Zimmerman a good friend of Cukras and racin great (like John) from the good old days, asked ” When are you going to fix that P4 body so we can race it?”
A welcome question to me because I had known that many did not like the fit of the P4 body to the modern D3/Retro chassis. I left BP with Pete in mind. Since this body has always been one of my favorites I can’t wait to sit down and make a more fitting P4 body.
A bit longer in the nose, maybe a bit wider and flat around the areas where the chassis pins usually are located.
I have a few other ideas for other molds. If you have a suggestion let me know.
